1. 30-Day In-Home Audition Guarantee

We recognize that reference cinema optical engines and discrete acoustic stages must be evaluated inside your private architectural listening room. You maintain thirty (30) calendar days from the documented date of carrier delivery to verify performance.

2. Return Criteria & Zero Restocking Fees

To qualify for a 100% full refund:

• Hardware must be in pristine optical, mechanical, and cosmetic condition.
• All factory accessories (chassis remotes, power supplies, brackets, calibration certificates) must accompany the unit in original factory packaging.
• Zero Restocking Fee: Unlike mass electronics retailers, SoundScreen Store levies $0.00 restocking fee on all compliant returns.

3. Insured Return Freight Coordination

For units demonstrating transit damage or out-of-box anomalies, SoundScreen Store issues a prepaid, fully insured bill of lading at zero expense to you. For subjective preference returns, client provides return freight or requests our negotiated corporate freight dispatch, deducted at cost from the final settlement.

4. Refund Settlement Timeline

Upon receipt at our technical inspection facility, bench technicians verify serialized chassis numbers within two (2) business days. Funds are immediately returned to your original payment method. Financial institutions post funds within 3 to 5 business days.
